My Dear Fellow Iranians / Persians,

I, Bahram Maskanian, am a citizen of the planet Earth and a proud Iranian / Persian American man. Inspired by many years of research, humbly, I would like to present the following Bill of Rights and Model Constitution written by yours truly, offered hereby for further discussion and approval to the Iranian / Persian people. When I address the people of Iran as Persians what I mean is all Iranians.

To preserve the unity of a Heterogeneous Nation such as ours, at least three (3) or more fundamental unifying and bonding elements must be in place to encourage and support the unity of the Iranian nation. The first essential connecting web and bonding element is a Common Language. While respecting all regional languages in Iran, Farsi should be recognized as Iran’s / Persia’s common language.

The second connecting element is a recognizable, powerful, and secular national identity. Respectfully I would like to suggest the creation of the United States of Iran, consisting of many independent territories, lost due to the signing of the two infamous treaties of (Turkemen Chai & Gholestan), between Iran and Russia. Many of these territories would rejoin Iran if a solid futuristic and progressive political social and economic policy was put in place.

We need to look closely at today's world, the United States of Nation-Less Corporations (USNC) and European Union of Nation-Less Corporations (EUNC). Also due to the emergence of an alliance of United South East Asia that includes Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore and China, we need and should create a United States of Persia, or United States of Iran in order to have enough leverage to maintain a peaceful, free and democratic existence in Asia.

The third fundamental unifying element is Common Truth. All Iranians / Persians must and should be informed about all issues foreign and domestic at all times without exception. All government rules and regulations, and legal documents, such as the constitution and laws enacted by any branch of the government, should be transcribed using a direct, honest, unambiguous, simple language and must be made available to the public.

Respect, Honesty, Discipline and Patience are undoubtedly the four (4) Indispensable Rudiments for our Nation’s prosperity and long-term survival. We must aggressively and effectively encourage and promote Respect, Honesty, Discipline and Patience via public education and by setting examples, until such time that they become the four (4) inseparable and fundamental parts of all Iranians’ / Persians’ character and personality.

We must respect our fellow citizens’ right to disagree. We must respect and tolerate opposing and controversial ideas and opinions. We must respect human rights. We must appreciate the power of communication and words. Only then, we can protect and respect peaceful democratic negotiations.

Discipline and Patience are the energy and force, which makes success in all aspects of life possible. Very few people naturally possess Self-Discipline, but a large majority shall require an introductory course to the idea. Discipline and Patience are the streams or pipelines, which carry the life giving water to its destination. Without the riverbed of Discipline and Patience, water will run wild and disperse near the source and go to waste.

One of the most painful and unknown realities of the criminal mullahs’ Islamic Coup d'état of 1979 in Iran is the massive migration of educated talented Iranians / Persians who by many estimates have contributed and are still contributing to the European and American economies, somewhere in the neighborhood of one (1) Trillion dollars ($1,000,000,000,000,000.00) a year. This massive population of almost five (5) million Iranians / Persians can easily transform our country and the neighboring runaway former Iranian / Persian states into a dynamic vibrant democracy and economy.

We must stop the drainage of our accomplished and skillful citizens fleeing the country, traveling overseas in search of educational opportunities. Iranian / Persian philanthropists, society and government should diligently pursue the creation of a safe, conducive and encouraging environment where our creative and brilliant minds will be able to seek employment and research opportunities within our beloved Iran / Persia.

A National Reconciliation and Truth Committee should be formed in order to speed up the healing of the minds and souls of millions of the Iranians / Persians who have been robbed, abused, and or have lost their loved ones, due to the criminal activities of the current Islamic Gangster Regime of Iran.

It is a known fact that Iranians / Persians are not shooting the peaceful demonstrating public at the command of barbaric mullahs. Rather the imported Al-Qaeda and Hezbollah terrorists are those who mercilessly kill Iranians / Persians while they are peacefully demonstrating for equality and democracy.

We should not seek revenge for the crimes of many imported foreign terrorists helping to enforce the barbaric laws of the mullah’s regime in our country. We must seek the truth and understand who is really doing the killing. We should be prepared to bring them to justice once it's all over and we regain control of our ancient culture and country.

We need to convene a National Reconciliation and Truth Committee, delegated to the discovery and revelation of truth, and unmask those who may have escaped unnoticed. Only after such informative inquiries done by the Truth Committee, National Reconciliation shall become a possibility.

We must not seek revenge, because average men and women are easily brainwashed to conform and carry out hideous crimes against their fellow human beings, and obey what they are commanded to do. The Clergymen are the ones who deserve all the blame for the destruction of our country and lives of millions of Iranian people.

Education is the only effective defense against the relentless attacks of the terrorist Clergy. The best punishment we can inflict on the Clergy Butchers and Charlatans of Islam in Iran / Persia, is to rise above them all, discredit them, by educating the masses and show their true faces and brutality.

We have to educate our fellow Iranian / Persian people and those of Europe and America who are instrumental and major players sustaining the mullahs’ barbaric regime. This educational campaign should be of a massive dimension, via television, radio, and educational institutions. It should clearly illustrate what mullah’s version of religion is, does, and represents. Therefore, take our country back, and once and for all put an end to fourteen hundred (1400) years of Worshiping Dead Arabs, Dead People and Islamic Death and Destruction.

We should take the lead in the Central Asia and Asia Minor region by establishing a strong, peaceful, unifying, exemplary democracy and a just system of government. We have it in our power to start all over again, change the world and set a new course for the rest of humanity.

As the new century dawns, we should look back with somber reflection at how we have been as a people and as a nation. We need to realize that our actions will be judged by future generations. We should ask how with foresight and wisdom, we can renew the best of our past, calling forth a spirit of change and participation that speaks for a free and democratic society. Let us stop repeating the same mistakes over and over again.

Looking to the future with great hope and optimism, we need to believe strongly that we can truly change the course of history together. We can make a real difference in the quality of our lives and the environment. Our common destiny brings us together across our nation and around the globe. It is for us to choose how we will be remembered. It is for us to choose the future we are creating today.

My beloved fellow Iranians / Persians the demise of our nation, Iran /Persia will only be reversed by the eruption of Iranian / Persian passion.

Please do not misunderstand my humble suggestions as anything else, but what they are, modest proposals. I love my kind loving fellow Iranians and Iran. I do hope we can begin a respectful, honest, constructive dialogue and debate to democratically determine the future of Iran, or Persia.
