Establishing A Provisional Government And
The Necessary Steps Towards A Democratic Referendum

One of the vital steps necessary to be taken is to develop a massive outreach program and campaign to inform and invite all exiled Iranians / Persians to join together, creating a vast coalition.

The said coalition of Iranians must prepare themselves intellectually and emotionally to educate themselves and other participants in preparation to vote on the issues affecting the future of our country Iran / Persia.

To that unifying objective I have already proposed the creation of a new alternative political party called the Visionary Party or Jounbesh e Ayandeh. I have also written a new Bill of Rights And Model Constitution hereby introduced as the base and platform for Jounbesh e Ayandeh.

The mission of Jounbesh e Ayandeh is to offer a viable alternative to all other known economic and political ideologies. All exiled Iranians / Persians, regardless of religious or political philosophy they may abide to, need to come together to form a large alliance. This alliance should agree on the following basic nine points of democracy.

1 - Freedom of speech and freedom from the tentacles of any religion.
2 - Freedom of movement, freedom of assembly and freedom of association.
3 - Strict separation of all religions and government at all levels.
4 - The right of people to choose their future destiny by referendum.
5 - Freedom of choice in all aspects of life as long as it does not harm others.
6 - The right and freedom of women and children protected and equal to men.
7 - The right of the people to excellent universal education.
8 - The right of the people to excellent universal healthcare.
9 - The strict preservation and protection of our environment.

Let us all agree on these nine principles regardless of our political belief system. Whatever the future may bring and whatever political system Iranians / Persians vote for, we must maintain, preserve and protect these basic nine principles of democracy.

We need to prepare ourselves in order to vote and elect out of the existing pool of five (5) million exiled Iranians / Persians a group of nine (9) candidates representing different political ideologies to form a provisional administrative assembly to take over the governmental responsibilities of Iran’s / Persia’s society after the eradication of the mullahs, in order to avoid a vacuum that may lead into chaos.

The administrative assembly will be responsible to appoint the cabinet members that will form and run the provisional government under their supervision for only six (6) months. In this period of six (6) months, the grave duty and mission of the new provisional government shall be to maintain order, safety, institute a massive public education campaign and create an environment conducive to teaching and learning new economic, political ideas through the nation’s mass media which will determine the future of our nation and homeland.

The Iranian / Persian public must be informed so they can once and for all create a new dynamic bill of rights and constitution leading our nation towards a new system of government that can serve all Iranian / Persian people, fairly and justly in a democratic manner without the influence of religion or tribal identity for the foreseeable future to come.

Only when the nine (9) members of the administrative assembly have completed their mission of education and the creation of the necessary apparatus for fair elections/referendum, Iranian / Persian people shall be given the chance to vote.
