Just for a moment let's pretend that we do live in a democracy,
in which the minimal and basic rights of the people would be the
right to vote and have all of their votes counted accurately.
It is a proven fact that fraud took place in the presidential
election of 2004. It seems a lot of people were denied the chance
to vote. And for those who did vote, millions of their votes were
swindled.
In the 2004 election one of the major problematic voting frauds
took place in Ohio, and as a result, over a dozen members of the
United States House of Representatives believe it is worth looking
into and investigating.
So on Thursday January 6, 2005, at 1:00pm, Eastern Standard
Time, Rep. John Conyers of Detroit will rise and object to the
voter fraud and vote count in Ohio. But according to the laws
of the land, Rep. John Conyers will not be allowed to speak unless
at least one (1) US Senator - - One member of the United States
Senate - - agrees to let him have the floor.
After the 2000 selection, a very disgraceful moment in the US
history occurred where none of the United States Senators, Democrats
or Republicans, permitted members of the House of Representatives
to have the floor to speak and object to the Florida vote count.
We all remember that one, don’t we? They thought no one was watching
or listening.
The United States Senators undoubtedly were very happy that
night, when the network televisions so conveniently decided not
to show how all the US Senators, Democrats and Republicans shut
down every single member of the House of Representatives who wanted
to speak and object to the fraudulent results of the selection
2000.
Not a chance this year. Everyone now knows about that moment
of disgrace.
But this Thursday January 6, 2005, at 1:00pm, Eastern Standard
Time, Senators will have a chance to redeem themselves. We will
be watching, live on C-SPAN.
Congressman Conyers and a dozen other members of the US House
of Representatives have some serious questions about how the Republican
Secretary of State in Ohio who also happened to be the state's
co-chair of Bush's reelection campaign, conducted the election
on November 2, 2004.
The list of possible offenses of how voters were denied access
to the voting polls and how over a hundred thousand of their votes
have yet to be counted is more than worthy of the United States
Senate's consideration. As United States Senators, you have a
supreme legal obligation to make sure every vote is counted.

We, the people must ask our senators that who amongst them would
disagree with the above idea and is unwilling to carry out his
or her legal and moral responsibility toward the people?

Everyone, we must join together and send letters, call, e-mail
and or fax our Senators, insisting and demanding that they must
do their job, to investigate what really had happened, before
certifying the 2004 election votes.
Remember that it only takes one member of the US House of Representative
and one member of the US Senate to stop the acceptance of the
Electoral College votes and force a legitimate investigation.
This provision is set in stone in US Constitution, allowing
only two (2) officials in a body of US Congress to stop unlawful
election results, because nothing is more sacred than the integrity
of the election ballot box in a democracy and if there is slightest
possibility of fraud or incompetence, then it is essential to
be addressed and it must be investigated.
In a real democracy if we, the people do not have the vote,
what do we have?

A Sample Letter:
Dear Senator Clinton,
As an American, and your constituent, I would like to urge you to stand up against the voter fraud in Ohio State by allowing Representative Conyers to have the floor on Thursday, January 6th 2005.
It is clear that further investigation needs to be done on the Ohio voter situation and by letting Mr. Conyers have the floor to voice his opposition would stall the certification of a potential fraudulent election. If at all, it would buy more time to carry out a comprehensive investigation and provide clarity on the true legitimacy of this election.
As a representative of the people of New York State who overwhelmingly voted for John Kerry, I urge you to please stand up for our rights and stop the certification of a potentially fraudulent election.
Sincerely,
Bahram Maskanian
