My Dear Fellow Iranians / Persians,

As you all know a couple of months ago I wrote an article titled: - - A New Liberating Grass-Root Political Movement, - - included below. I did a mass e-mail campaign and posted the article on a few Internet forums.

In the article I asked for your opinion in selecting the desired name for our new grass-root political movement. I also asked for your participation to review and make suggestions on the new bill of rights and model constitution I have written as a practical and viable alternative to the current regime in Iran and other political systems already known in today's world. This New Bill of Rights And Model Constitution will offer a new fresh perspective to begin a progressive and constructive dialogue and debate.

First and foremost I would like to extend and express my sincerest gratitude and appreciation to all of you who with your supporting, encouraging and kind words and suggestions made it very clear that a majority of you prefer the name, - Jounbesh e Ayandeh - OR - Visionary Movement - for our new progressive grass-root political movement.

As such, - Jounbesh e Ayandeh - OR - Visionary Movement – will be the official name for the New Iranian / Persian Political Movement.

I am also grateful for your participation and your vote of confidence on my humble proposal, - - The New Iranian Bill of Rights And Model Constitution. - -

I am deeply touched and very happy with such an amazing and overwhelming surge of positive response. Thank you all very much.

A large majority of you have, correctly so, emphasized the fact that we do indeed need to offer an alternative system of social, economic and political management of our country for all Iranians / Persians to review and vote on, in a national referendum. In writing the bill of rights and model constitution my goal was to do exactly that, to offer an alternative means of government.

To that grass-root unifying objective, - - The Iranian’s / Persian's New Bill of Rights And Model Constitution - - hereby introduced as the base and platform for our new political movement, Jounbesh e Ayandeh.

For the past twenty-six (26) years our talking head elites fought with each other over silly trivial nonsense. They were constantly competing for name recognition and for the higher pursuit of grandeur at any cost. And if anybody dared to criticize the talking head elites’ philosophy, actions, leadership and behavior, they were brutally attacked, accused of treason and siding with the criminal ruling mullahs and quickly thrown out of the debate.

We should not forget that sad history and never allow it to happen again.

My Dear Fellow Iranians / Persians,

For the first time since the installation of the Islamic Republic of Terrorist Mullahs, the exiled Iranians all over the world are beginning to come together through grass-root efforts and forming their own independent groups to work toward the liberation of our homeland Iran.

A new, exciting grass-root and promising political movement with tremendous potential and endless possibilities is percolating and emerging. This new development is also illustrating a whole new fresh mindset by the exiled Iranians, separate and free of the hope for foreigner’s help and intervention.

We, the Iranian people have learned for the first time in our recent history that we must come together, organize ourselves and form a new grass-root political organization aimed at the elimination of the terrorist mullahs.

Through nationalistic grass-root movements by the Iranians in their own local communities, unity is becoming more and more possible. This new political phenomenon calls for a formation of a grass-root, futuristic and visionary political movement, free from any religion, based on an innovative, liberating and visionary platform, governed by the unmatched and superior power of reasoning, common sense, ethical and honorable means of providing and managing public safety and social equality.

Declaration Of Independence

The long awaited political breakthrough and opportunity is now in reach, a chance to unite, organize and build an Iranian national consensus between the exiled Iranians / Persians, and our fellow compatriots in Iran / Persia. The criminal ruling mullahs of Iran miserable failure, in all aspects of social governing procedures, coupled with the mullah's deceitful selection of their new puppet president, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, in the rigged election of June 2005, plus mullahs relentless quest for nuclear development, at all costs and harm to the Iranian people, in a deliberate pursuit and hope of a direct conflict with the rest of the world, in order to prolong their heinous existence has become a strong unifying factor for the Iranian / Persian people, to act for a peaceful and evolutionary social and governing changes in Iran / Persia.

Therefore, we, the Iranian / Persian people, hereby - Declare Our Independence -, and our rights to determine our future, thereby, we all agree that, under no circumstances, religious ideology shall ever play a role in Iran’s national sovereignty, social, political and economic future. Under the banner of national sovereignty, we, the Iranian / Persian people have come together to take our country back. - To that conclusion, we all agree that, only Iranian / Persian people reserve the right to determine their social and political future, and that Iranians' / Persians' Well-Being must always come first.

We all agree, to hold these truths to be self-evident, that all human beings; consisting of, - the womankind, and the mankind -, are equals in all aspects of human rights, under the superior power and wisdom of common sense, based on ethical standards, endowed by Mother Nature with certain unalienable Rights: - amongst which, are life, liberty, pursuit of knowledge and happiness, right to property, human rights and gender equality.

We all agree that, to secure the rights of all Iranians / Persians, government shall only be instituted by, and among the Iranian / Persian people.

We all agree that, the democratically elected government shall always derive its just powers from the consent of the Iranian / Persian people only.

We all agree that, it is also the fundamental right of the Iranian people to alter or abolish any government, whenever it becomes destructive and abusive of the principles of Iranian / Persian people's life, liberty, pursuit of knowledge, right to property, human rights and equality.

We all agree that, only the Iranian / Persian people shall reserve the right to institute a new government, laying its foundation on the inherent principles of life, liberty, pursuit of knowledge, right to property, human rights and equality.

We all agree that, this new grass-root political movement, shall be free of any religion, and function only based on an innovative, liberating and visionary platform, governed by the unmatched and superior power of reasoning, common sense, ethical and honorable means of providing for, and managing public safety and social equality.

Iran's salvation, pride and liberty,
Freedom in the horizon, emerging near,
Unity, promising endless possibilities,
Promising national sovereignty, this year.
